Victoria A. Strunk

Victoria Avellino Strunk, Esq. received her Juris Doctorate in 2007 from Widener University School of Law. While at Widener, Victoria worked as a Certified Legal Intern at the Harrisburg Civil Law Clinic where she represented clients in various areas of law including unemployment compensation, consumer credit card matters, child support and divorce.
Prior to attending the Widener School of Law, Victoria graduated from the Pennsylvania State University, earning a bachelors degree in Human Development and Family Studies. While a senior at Penn State University, Victoria worked as a Child Advocacy Specialist Intern at KidsVoice, a non-profit organization in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, that provides legal representation to abused and neglected children in Allegheny County.
Before joining Amori & Associates, LLC, Victoria served for two years as a law clerk for the Honorable President Judge Ronald E. Vican of the Monroe County Court of Common Pleas, and as an associate with the Stroudsburg law firm of Amori & Riegel, LLC. Victoria served as president of the Young Lawyers Division of the Monroe County Bar Association in 2010 and as the 2011 Zone Five Young Lawyers Division representative to the Pennsylvania Bar Association House of Delegates. Victoria served a three year term in as the Young Lawyers Division Zone Five delegate to the Pennsylvania Bar Association House of Delegates from 2010 to 2013.
Victoria serves her community by serving on the Board of the Pocono Services for Families and Children. Her charitable work includes being part of the capital campaign committee for the Pocono Medical (now Lehigh Valley Hospital - Pocono) Dale and Frances Hughes Cancer Center, which opened in 2012. Victoria also serves as a trustee of the Monroe County Bar (Association) Foundation which provides funding for numerous charitable endeavors in Mornoe County, Pennsylvania. On August 18, 2013, The Pocono Record selected Atty. Strunk as one of its "40 Under 40" community leaders in the Monroe County and Pocono Mountain region. In 2019, Victoria was named to the Lehigh Valley Hospital -- Pocono Board of Associates which provides insight and guidance to provide quality health care to the community.
Victoria is frequent lecturer and seminar presenter on matters of family law. In 2019 Victoria presented on the topics of divorce, child custody and support for the legal information seminar series offered by the Monroe County Bar Association and the Pocono Mountains United Way.
Victoria is licensed to practice in all courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Her practice includes civil and criminal litigation, divorce and family law, bankruptcy and employee representation.
