Patrycja Pietek earned her Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University School of Law, building on a strong foundation of practical experience gained through internships prior to law school. During her time interning at Amori & Associates she developed her skills and interest in the legal field by working on cases in Bankruptcy, Family, Estate, and Criminal Law.
Prior to joining Amori & Associates, Attorney Pietek worked as an Intellectual Property Attorney, focusing on drafting U.S. and PCT patent applications, coordinating with corporate counsel and foreign associates, and advising on various technologies in the life sciences. She also brings expertise in trademark registration, copyright registration, and patent litigation research.
In addition to her intellectual property practice, Attorney Pietek will be handling matters in the areas of family law, custody, divorce and support, estates and general civil litigation. Attorney Pietek is fluent in Polish.
Attorney Pietek is admitted to practice in the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and all state courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
